Part 1: Improving Your Self-Image and Belief in Your Abilities
Part 1 asks the participants to think about their self-image and their level of belief in their own ability to achieve great goals. Using inspiring stories, real examples, and funny stories, the participants will discover that they have an incorrect image of themselves, and that they have unlimited potential and ability. Indeed, the only obstacle to success, great achievements, and a happier life is people's lack of belief in themselves. This section of the workshop will provide the participants with ways to improve their self-image.
Part 2: Thinking Proactively
This section looks at a behaviour that is essential for success – pro-activity. By means of inspiring stories and short articles, and examples from daily life, this section encourages the participants to take more control of their lives and to be less reactive to situations. By being more proactive, you will be able to and want to accept more challenges and to achieve greater goals, which in turn will improve your self-image, and encourage you to be even more proactive. |

Part 3: Living One's Life With a Personal Vision in Mind
Using inspiring stories, short articles, and songs, this section shows you how to create an overall picture of what you want to be, do and achieve in your life, and takes you through the steps of how to make a personal vision.
A personal vision gives your life a clear, inspiring, and motivating direction. It enables you to achieve greater things than you would normally achieve, and is very useful for increasing your effectiveness and happiness at work and in your personal life. A personal vision also enables you to become a far greater person than you would become otherwise.
The participants will discover that when they make a vision for their own life, they will experience motivation and energy to achieve personal goals that they will probably have never known before. There will be no more wishing it were Friday because they will see that they can achieve their personal goals and become the person they want to be both at work and in their personal life.
Part 4: Putting the Big Rocks in First
So far, the participants have learned about improving their self-image, about being more proactive, and about having a personal vision. Proactivity is essential to improving your self-image, and to achieving the goals of your personal vision. Part 4 deals with the time management skills and attitudes that are essential for achieving your personal vision, and for being effective at work. The participants will learn what activities to do first, how to waste less time, how to feel less stress, and how to achieve more balance in their lives. By means of inspiring stories and short articles, they will learn how to plan and manage their time over a week so that they can achieve the goals of their personal vision, as well as evaluate how they used their time.
Part 5: Ensuring That All Parties Win
When people think and act with the intention that all parties "win", as opposed to going for "win-lose", there are fewer conflicts, more unity, teamwork, and cooperation, and people seek mutual benefit more often. They develop an "everyone-can-win" attitude that will result in improved performance, quality, effectiveness, and happiness.
By means of more inspiring stories and examples, the participants will learn about the benefits of win-win thinking, the problems caused by win-lose thinking, and also practise making agreements in which all parties win.
Part 6: Listening With Empathy
Listening effectively is often people's weakest inter-personal skill. This section trains how to listen with empathy, which means that you listen not just to the words spoken, but you also observe the body language and listen to the tone of voice in order to understand the meaning of what is being said. By listening to each other from the heart, you understand each other's feelings and meanings much better. This results in improved communication in relationships, indeed also in happier relationships, as well as in better teamwork, problem solving, and performance at work.
Part 7: Synergising
“Humanity is like a bird with its two wings - the one is male, the other female. Unless both wings are strong …, the bird cannot fly heavenwards." Baha'u'llah.
Synergy is not only essential to the survival of nature and our planet, but also to the development of companies and society as a whole. It also plays an important part in increasing personal effectiveness at work and in one's private life.
When the employees in a company understand the importance of synergy, they accept each other’s ideas more, they consult more, they are more creative, they can solve problems more effectively, and they achieve a higher level of success.
In Part 7, the participants practise communicating synergistically during which they have to think in a win-win manner, listen to each other with empathy, and consult in an open manner. They will learn that when people accept each other’s ideas, work together with a win-win spirit, and really try to understand each other, they will discover solutions that are better than anyone of them thought of alone. This process helps to improve people’s self-image.
Part 8: Renewing Yourself Continuously
Renewing and developing yourself physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially are essential for your general well being, effectiveness, and happiness. When you do it regularly, it enables you to create greater balance in your life and to reduce stress. At the same time you will experience a greater sense of happiness and peace of mind. Moreover, the more you renew yourself, the faster and further you will move on an upward spiral of growth and continuous improvement.
This section uses stories and spiritual quotations to show you the benefits of renewing yourself in these four dimensions, and provides plenty of examples of how to do so. You will also learn that when you renew yourself in each dimension, you also strengthen your ability to practise each of the other behaviours of highly effective people.

Format
- Very interactive. No boring lectures. Many emotional stories to touch your heart, songs, jokes, and articles with a strong message.
Duration
- The length can be tailored to how thoroughly you would like the behaviours to be trained.
- You may only wish to be trained in certain behaviours and not all of them. Normally, half a day should be allowed for each behaviour.

- To provide customer service at the level of creating truly memorable experiences employees need to have a very positive self-image and strong belief in their own ability to provide such a level of service. This workshop serves to create such a self-image.
