1. Types of Audits
We audit hotels and restaurants.
1.1 Service only Audit
- This audit focuses on compliance with the operational standards of performance (SOP).
1.2 The Guest Experience Audit
- This audit focuses on both the SOPs and the emotional side of the guest experience. There is still a strong focus on the SOPs, but a lot of attention in the audit is given to the emotional value of the guest experience, in particular on the level of love, warmth, care, empathy, and creativity in the guest experience.
1.3 Service and Integrity Audit
- This audit combines the Service Audit with an evaluation of the integrity of the employees when receiving cash payments.
2. The Audit Forms
- The audits are tailor-made to the client’s needs. The standard hotel audit form evaluates all aspects of a guest’s stay at the hotel from the telephone reservation to the departure.
3. The Auditors
- All of the auditors are very experienced in auditing 5-star hotels and are very familiar with the operation.
