Pre-opening Training
- There are many companies that assist with pre-opening training. We are different in that we don’t create the pervasive, normal SOP / Customer Satisfaction guest experience. In contrast, we help you to create a memorable guest experience that is strong in love, care, warmth, and empathy, and in the use of intuition, creativity, and mystery. This guest experience feels very different to the cloned guest experience that one encounters so often. It is much warmer, and the spirit of love, care, and empathy comes from the heart and not from the SOP manual.
