Guest Experience Workshop

  • This workshop helps hotels to create a memorable guest experience that is strong in love, care, warmth, and empathy, and in the use of intuition, creativity, and mystery. It creates a guest experience that is very different to what one finds in SOP / Customer Satisfaction level hotels.
  • It can either be provided as a 2-day workshop or as up to 14 half-day modules. It comes with a complimentary follow-up deepening programme that lasts about a year and a half and which deepens continuously the roots of the guest experience in the core values of love, care, warmth, and empathy, and in the use of intuition, creativity, and mystery.
