Food & Beverage Upselling

• This is an effective revenue-increasing workshop that trains the participants how to increase the sales of food and beverage items, and also increases their self-confidence so that they believe that they can upsell well.
• The workshop is not just about standard upselling techniques and the normal language of upselling. This workshop also includes ways to add creativity, humour, and mystery to the dining experience that encourage guests to return and/or to order more than they might normally.
