    • the mindset of upselling; 
    • increasing the self-esteem of the participants.

2.       Selling techniques.
3.       Suggestive food & beverage selling techniques.
4.       How to deal with customer objections to one’s suggestions.
5.       How to offer alternative items when they are rejected.
6.       How to recommend and describe menu items.
7.       How to confirm an order.
8.       What to do when the customer hesitates or is not sure.
9.       How to check customer satisfaction.
10.     Revision activities.
11.     Final test.

  • The workshop includes a lot of motivating stories and messages to encourage the participants to believe in themselves and to develop their self-confidence.
  • Post-workshop guidance is provided on how to measure the effect of the training on food and beverage sales.

Duration
